Snow and wind but a great run!

First of all, I'd like to say thank you to all of you! I'm currently on W4R2 and I have been lurking on this site for a while. Your great sense of community and enthusiasm has really kept me going. So thanks again. Today it's snowing, windy and cold and yet I went for my second run of week 4. I thought it would be horrible, especially since I wasn't able to go running for two days in a row but it turned out perfect. I even kept running at the end if the second 5 mn run!! And the warm shower afterwards was wonderful! Just goes to show you never know when you're gonna get a good run...

Yes always best to keep plugging away. I find it oddly addictive! Ed

Good job, Bxlkl, for going out in that weather! I just dread running in the cold...I'll waffle all about the house looking for things that need to be done before I go (lol). But, yes, once out and warmed up I have to ask myself "Now just what was all the fuss about?"

Good running to you!

well done for getting out there. I'm not sure I will still make it out when it snows, although I love that silence that descends when the snow first falls, so maybe that would help.

I have huge admiration for you getting out in those conditions, AND doing the extra minutes, well done! Keep up the great work :-D
