The hurdle that was week 5 run 3

And I did it. I ran for 20 minutes (slowly) without stopping. Yay me, and hurrah for C25K. I have never, ever run for that length of time in my whole 43 years. Feeling quite proud of myself. The hardest point was when Laura spoke near the end of the run to say that there were 2 more minutes to go. She normally comes in to say that it is only 1 more minute. I felt cheated! That last minute was tough, but I did it.

Loving reading the blog posts on this, and finally adding one.

Well done I agree being told there are 2 more minutes when your legs are burning and you can't catch your breath is rather cruel, but you did it, fantastic. Good luck with week 6 :-)

Well done, I have to do this run on Friday. Managed wk5 R1 this morning. Not too bad. But the next 2 runs are definitely looming. Good luck for wk6! :)
