Just completed this run on a beautiful sunny day. However, I really ought to have run in waders as my route was a quagmire. This added to my post 4 hour salsathon legs made it slow going. 2.7 miles I covered today according to endomondo, so I hope to manage a tad further on friday when my salsa legs have had a chance to recouperate fully. And despite the mud, I found this run infinitely preferable to mondays, when torrential rain forced me onto a treadmill - very boring.
