Not an awful lot to say really. It was very, very cold, very ,very icy and very, very still when I ran this morning. After the tremendous wind I had to battle on thursday it was so nice to be able to move forwards. Very easy run, and my first sub -12 minute mile so definite progress there. And that's it. Pretty uneventful really!

Hi Rfa, i know what you mean, i ran this morning, 3 deg and very wet and muddy, i even got the floor mats in my Mercedes dirty god forbid! Good luck and keep going, Ed
