I am about to tackle this run today and I am SCARED! Just wanted to post this as motivation for myself. If all you folks in cyber space know that I am doing it, it will hopefully keep me battling on so that I don't have to write about being a failure later today. Cross every body part you can for me. EEEEEEEEEEK!!

Fingers, toes, legs and eyes all crossed for you, wag! I will be thinking of you, not least because it's my turn tomorrow!

I'm certain you can do it, just imagine all of us urging you on to one more stride, one more stride....

Good luck!

I had exactly the same thoughts as you when I was facing this - but the programme has got you ready - you'll do it, just keep putting one foot in front of the other, evey step gets you closer to the targey.

Good Luck

You can do it. I did it, and if I can do it, ANYONE can do it! Go slow and steady. It will be hard, but you can do it. Good luck!

You will most certainly do this, rfa!! I do like the idea of using this forum for accountability!! I know that there were many runs when I thought to myself, "Do you really want to tell all of those Brits that you couldn't do it??". :-)

Good luck and enjoy your run!!

Keep Running!! :-)
