......turfed myself out in the rain hoping for the run not to feel too hard after my gap and the lady told me I was on Week 3 not wk2 run !! I thought 'well I'm here might as well do it' .....and did it )

The first long run was tough because it's all uphill, but I kept going. The second one was easy-ish, as it was flat!!

I still got a cramping feeling in my muscles but it walks off at the end.

I do feel better again now for having done it

Well done for tackling the week 3 run! What are you going to do now? Are you going back to where you should have been? Be careful that you don't try to do too much too soon! :)

Thanks for the encouragement guys :))

Oona, I am going to carry on from where I am now, I think this programme is as much about brain training as much as 'leg' training ... It was quite do-able ....and I think a mental backward step, for me, to go back to an earlier run..We'll see.... And I'll let you know :)
