Week 3 is over!

I finally have week 3 behind me. I'll be starting week 4 on Sunday. I can't wait!

I have a massive shopping trip ahead of me today. I need to get ready for Thanksgiving on Thursday. (I'm blown away that this Thanksgiving will begin with an early AM run.) :) It is our family tradition to have our holiday meal at my Grandmother's home. I became a vegetarian a few months ago, and I've volunteered to bring vegetable dishes to the party. I'm preparing myself for the slew of "You need to eat meat!" comments. I'm happy with myself. I'm not asking for health advice. I've already spoken to my doctor about my eating choices. She's pleased with them. Despite my apprehensions, I'm really looking forward to seeing my family. I don't get to see them often enough, and I miss them.

I'm going to stop at two running stores today! :) Thanks to all of you who answered my questions a few days ago. From the online reviews, the two stores I picked are small but very helpful. I'll let y'all know how my trip went.

Let me know if anyone would like my sweet potato recipe. :)

I am just starting week 3, so love the positive "completed" comments. I am not a vegetarian but love veggie dishes, I do not encounter many sweet potato dishes in rural staffordshire and do not celebrate thanksgiving, but would love your recipe!!
