Laura joined me just in time.

On Monday I finshed week 3 so today I started week 4. I'd tried a couple of times to take Laura with me but only managed to persaude her to join me today. Not a moment too soon either. She kept me going for the whole run and yet again I'm amazed I could run for so many minutes. I'm not sure I would have managed without Laura today.

At the end of week 2 I wondered if I ought to stay there until I felt a little more comfortable with it but decided I had to keep going. I then had serious doubts that I was ready to move to week 4 today but again decided I had to give it a go. It's so true, the programme does work, just trust it.

Tonight my legs are a little more achey than usual but I'm really happy with how it's all happening.
