Phew week 2 done and dusted

Did my third session on week two today but thinking I should repeat week two cause I was really knackered. I dont want to go rushing into week three, get tired and give up. Is it ok to repeat? I never thought I would be able to do this at all being built for comfort and not speed. But I am enjoying it. My knees are achy but I have read that is is not unusual.

In the early week I felt that I'd only just made it to the end of each podcast, but just carried on to the next week and was amazed that my body coped with upping the running each week. Trust in the programme it really does work.

Well done Allyballyp! I suggest you push yourself and go for week 3. I remember that I really felt knackered on those first weeks, I think you're supposed to feel like that :-) But go on, surprise yourself, YOU CAN DO IT! Good luck, Delia

Just go for it, some how you will be able to do it. At the end of every session I thought I would never be able to run longer, but somehow I could. Trust Laura you can do it, well done on your progress so far.

As the other have said, the programme really does work. It keeps upping the target so it's never comfortable - it's not meant to be. Push on with the next week and see how you go.
