Done it! Had to wait a few days, but it was worth it to do it on home ground.

Nine weeks on, half a stone lighter, one or two dress sizes smaller, 5K still to be achieved BUT - I've completed Week 9 Run 3 of Couch-to-5K and am now officially a graduate! :D

Congratulations, Tityre!! You have come a long way in just 9 weeks!! Enjoy the success and that shiny new badge!!

No worries about not being at 5K, yet. Many of us completed the program and found ourselves a bit short, but the distance will come!!

Congratulations and Keep Running!! :-)

Big congratulations Tityre! Not just a graduate but a fitter and thinner one too!

As Steve says most of us dont get to the 5k goal by graduation but it gives you something to work towards.

Happy running! Sue

Congratulations - I hope to join you tomorrow. I will be a long way off the 5k but as others have said building up to it will be a new goal, hopefully I will start working towards it on Tuesday which will hopefully be my first post graduation run.

Well done again :o)
