Technology let me down.

I'd plotted my route, decided to run north instead of my usual south route. I've recently download Endomondo onto my phone and have been pleased with the results on the first 2 runs of using it. I walked a little over 5 mins for my warm up, so that I'd be at the starting point that I already decided. I was already listening to my music, and pressed start on endomondo and off i started. All was going well and then about 3 or 4 minutes in everything stopped, my phone had frozen.

I tried not to let this put me off and put my phone and earphones into my pocket and just run. But I felt really lost with the music. I got to my turning point and started running back and had to stop at a road for traffic and just didn't started running again, I then walked for about 5 mins, but did start running again, although I felt quite slow.

On my warm down walk I had a fiddle with my phone and restarted it, and managed to enter the PIN wrong and locked myself out of it.

Phone's all sorted now (it's quite an old phone, roll on January when I can upgrade) and I plotted my route on my laptop, which was about 5.5k, I probably ran about 4.5 but I have no idea of timing. All in all it was a good run, lovely Autumn sunshine.
