w2r1 done. Sunny!

Just completed wk2 r1, and had no problems. I liked the tip about the breathing too. I couldn't do it very well, my breathing kind of only gets up to a count of 2, but at least trying gave me something to think about so I didn't really notice how long the run was for. And, the sun came out, so it was altogther more pleasant than saturdays snow run! Feeling good right now.

I really struggled with the breathing thing too so now I just breath normally (my normal is often of the panting and gasping variety!) usually through my mouth which means I end up dry as a board. Good luck for your progress!
