To be honest I feel like I have graduated already, I know I have got two more runs to go but I think this one will always feel the most special. Okay, I'm not going to make 5k just yet but I HAVE JUST RUN FOR 30 MINUTES - I would never have thought it was possible when I first started this programme and couldn't even run for 60 seconds!!

This programme and all you bloggers have actually turned me into a runner and I am so gratrful to you all for your help, advice and support - you are all amazing :o)

As someone said the other day, I think the next two runs might feel like a bit of an anti-climax but at least I'll have my lovely green badge to look forward to :o)

WELL DONE YOU!!!! :-) I am still not doing a 5K in 30 minutes, so don't worry, it will all come with time. Looking forward to seeing that grad blog!!!! :-) Gayle
