7am it was freezing cold and dark but off i went on my last run off week 7. I was due in at work at 8am and thought i'd run in. It was great I really enjoyed it. I even managed to speed up for the last minute something which on the other two runs I'd just not been able to.
I found the two earlier runs of this week hardgoingso thought I'd post in case anyone else had mid week blues
