My first run last night! Legs a bit heavy today but thats to be expected!
Hopefully in time will be able to keep up with and train with my ten year old X-country running daughter!
Looking forward to going back out tomorrow!

Well done on taking that first step....... it's a bit daunting when you have someone in the family who already runs, but you'll be fine, hopefully your daughter will be there to help you along. Good luck with the training
Well done! It'll be great to get out and train with your daughter.
Oh how I hated cross country running...we used to take a shortcut and have a sly fag before heading back to school. I quit the fags 25 years ago and now I'm trying to run but can't ever see meself doing cross country willingly.
Day 1 for me too and I want to be able to encourage my 2 daughters with their x country too.
