I completed wk5 run3 this morning and although by lungs coped my calves burned from start to finish of the 20 minute run, yet they didnt on the warm up/down. Does anyone have any suggestions? This has only occured on wk5 run 2 and 3. I have had gait analysis and have worn my trainers for each run and had no aches any other time.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
