I did my first ever 10k race yesterday at Chilham Castle. Oh my god! It was raining, windy, hilly and I've never seen so much MUD!! It was really tough but I absolutely LOVED IT!!! We had two do 4 2,5km laps which broke it up into manageable chunkks and my daughter was at the start/finish line to give me high fives each time I passed. I managed to run the whole way and finished 40th out of 69 in a time of 1h12m2s. I am so happy!
