Found a run very straightforward for once, lulling me into a false sense of security, no doubt!

I'm sure this is a bit of pay-off for the 20mins of torture last week, before it is cranked up again, but I will enjoy it while it lasts!

I did that one today.

Can't say I found it easy but at least the final run was over (very) shortly before I was at the point of begging to be allowed to stop.

Seems there's almost always a point where I think I'm not going to be able to finish.

well done! I found week 6 really hard, I hated the return to intervals, so I would say you're well placed to cruise through the rest of the programme :)

Thank you! I did the second Week 6 run today and again found it okay (I think I might be going to slow though). Next comes 25 minutes......!
