She is the little voice in my head that perks up every time I have a moment of hesitation as I did this morning...... I could so easily have said 'oh it sounds like its raining out there' or 'no way, your hip is too sore this morning' or any other such excuse but that little voice got the better of me and off I trotted to complete W3R3. Accidently listened to W4R1 start only to hear there will be 5 minute runs. 5 MINUTES..... 5 M I N U T E S. Oh no. 3 minutes was bad enough but there went the voice again..... You can do it. So guess what, I'll be doing it again in a couple of days time. Roll on week 4. I'm glad really to have heard the little voice - its only a recent thing. Does this mean I'm getting the jogging bug?
