Hi everyone... I have had these calc heel spurs for ages and unless I stretch my feet/ankles before getting out of bed it is really painful walking for the first few minutes. They don't bother me when I run BUT I just wondered if anyone else has this experience and whether they have found running to help or aggravate them???? I believe they're meant to interfere with the achilles tendon but I seem to okay on that score so far. Any suggestions, tips, experiences - all gratefully received. Thanks, Sara
