Never thought I'd ever manage it and its taken me 5 months but I did it. Week 9 run 1 the full 30 minutes completed! Just had to google it to see how far I'd gone - 2.8 miles. Not bad
Only 2 more runs and I'm done. Think it's time to brave joining the running club to keep me motivated. Cant believe my graduate badge is within my grasp

Well done, Skandia - you're nearly there. Now you've done it once, all you have to do is wash, rinse and repeat twice and then you're done. I joined in with the running club last Monday - the beginner session.... if I had done it without having completed C25K I would have been completely slaughtered! I don't know what their definition of beginner is, but anyway, it was good fun and I was able to keep up with the speed run bit because I was with others. So, give it a go - it will be interesting to hear how you get on.
Well done, you have done brilliantly, I was too chicken to join a club for ages, but I have joined a group that meets once a week on a Monday to do speed sessions and it is just brilliant, so friendly and we have really good fun!
