week 3 run 2 - weather too good to miss

well despite finding it easier on a treadmill to regulate my speed, the sunshine and managing to finish work early meant this was probably the last time I will run outdoors this year and so please I did, it was perfect running weather and I found it ok again, though legs like jelly at the end, can't wait to finish the next run then i'm a third of the way there!

It certainly helps when the weather entices you outside! I find makes a lot of difference to the quality of the run. Doesn't make it easier though. Fingers crossed you may get some more outside play this year.

It seems to make the time go by quicker outdoors. Jelly legs are usually the norm for week 3. ;-) You're doing great!
