It went better than i expected. Exercise with a hangover is never good, however today wasn't to bad. I've just done week 5 run 1 and have been dreading it for the past two days, I haven't looked at the schedule for the runs so on the last run of the week on my way home i always listen to the first few minutes of the next podcast to see what I'm letting myself in for. 5 full minutes times 3 seems like a lot to me and i wasn't looking forward to it in the slightest. However even though i was a bit jelly legged this morning getting up I pushed forward and ventured outside and just went for it.

Now I'm not going to tell you how i felt because we all know what a hangover feels like :p.

Afterwards walking home i felt fantastic and cant believe i actually done that and even though I'm scared about the next run am looking forward to seeing if i can run for 8mins.
