Two weeks to go till my first 10k race!

After crashing my bike last weekend (and knocking myself out!), Ive had a surprisingly good week running wise. Gave myself an extra day off, as I picked up some nasty bruises and grazes in crash, I went out tuesday and ran the furthest I ever have and for the longest (8.75k, 52mins), then friday did an audiofuel 180bpm interval pyramid, managed all the sprints but my word they are TOUGH!! then this morning did the couch to 5k+ stamina podcast in glorious sunny with a bit of a nip to the air weather. I actually feel confident that i might just finish the race!

good luck with the 10k race. which one are you doing?

I see you are also in good old sunny planet thanet. perhaps you are one of those runners that Ive said hello to whilst running to broadstairs :)

Wow, not good knocking your self unconscious on your cycling accident. Good luck with your training for the 10K. I'm doing my first 10K in 3 weeks.
