Local Parkrun 1st birthday party this Saturday!!

Theme is beach party fancy dress this Saturday, I wonder how many swimsuits will turn up!?! The forecast is fine but cold so keep your fingers crossed for us. I'm not running but volunteered so handing out numbers as they come through the finish line.

I am hoping to done one of my local park runs tomorrow (if I manage to get up in time). Volunteering next week as I have my 10k race on the Sunday

Grass skirts and hoola hoops making it an Hawaiian Beach Party (I wish - sunshine, surf and sand)! Or maybe last week York as the racecourse which became "Lake Knavesmire" so no park run last week but the seagulls enjoyed it.
