can't believe the jump from week 3 to week 4!

Just finished W3R3 and was shocked when I saw the amount of running involved in week 4. It just seems such a huge step up. Do people tend to struggle with this week? I'm feeling nervous about it, but excited too. If I manage to complete the week successfully, then I will start to feel like a real runner!!

I found week 4 to be the hardest week. I did manage it and am now on week 9 so it is possible!

Hi dazzle, you've done the prep work for this and the coming weeks and the plan works and works well. Believe in it and believe in yourself and you will do just fine. Don't start too fast is the main thing as you go into the longer times. Good luck.

worst week so far - but I got through it and so can you! R1 was a killer but R2 and 3 were fine - not easy but fine.

Thanks for the encouragement folks. I was pondering repeating week 3, but have decided to put my faith in the programme and push on to week 4. Roll on Tuesday :-)

Yes you can do it and the sense of achievement afterwards is brilliant! It's week 5 run 1 you have to watch out for ;)

Hi Dazzle, yes, yes, yes. Week 4 was an absolute... well it was bad for me. However, as everyone says, you are ready and you can do it. I'm not giving you vague platitudes here, the programme really does work for everyone, you too.
