W7R1.. Well who'd have thought when i started this i'd be running for 25 mins straight and smiling through the last 5!!!!!! Even passed 2 guys out running and didn't feel like a fake!!

Amazing 7ermintrude! Good luck for the rest of the course-graduation day not far away now. I'm week 5, run 2 this morning. Seems a long way to run 7 for now.
