I read a wonderful post about running in the rain a couple of days ago. When I woke up yesterday for my final W7 run and found that it was raining, I thought "why not"?
it was a great early morning run, the rain really is refreshing!
Pouring here for the whole weekend, so I am gearing up for another wet run! Week 8 here I come!

Thanks gdeann! I will be looking to see how your week 8 runs go. I am a bit apprehensive, but tell myself that it is just a few minutes more... and hopefully it will be easy.
