I'm due to run week 9 run 1 tomorrow morning and I'm sitting here all excited like it's Christmas. What is wrong with me?

I've even allowed myself extra calories tonight in the expectation that I will burn them off in the morning, although I am being very good in not sampling the cupcakes that I have made for work tomorrow.

I've been plotting my route on google maps so I know I won't run out of track should I break the 3 mile barrier, the only annoyance is that I can't find a circular route that doesn't involve running down the village high street, so I've got to do a running about turn halfway which must look as ridiculous as it feels.

Oooh, sod the ridiculousness - you're on the first home run of graduation! How exciting. Whether or not you have to double-back - you'll be out there running and, not only that, but running 5K!
