Since graduating a few weeks ago I have continued to run every couple of days but I still can't say i find it easy. Anyway we arrived in Florida today for our holiday and due to the jet lag I was awake at 5am this morning. After the long flight yesterday I thought it would be great to go out for a run and get the legs moving so by 7am I was out. Great run today, it was very warm and humid but it made me feel so much better. Just hope I keep it up through the holiday - who would have thought it!

That's very impressive, I couldn't face running in Florida at all, just too hot and humid for me so I took to swimming (which I find hateful)!
