Week 3

I had to do W3R1 and W3R2 on consecutive days as my work roster prevented me having a rest day. My 'rest day' between R2 and R3 involved me 'walking' across the Atlantic as I had a flight to Boston. I had a latish night so was proud of myself when I dragged myself out of bed at 8 am on a Sunday morning to pound the streets of Boston. I'm starting to feel nervous about W4 now.....
