Feeling lazy; a day off!

After two runs, some step aerobics this week and a mile swim yesterday lunchtime, I feel incredibly lazy not doing anything today! Possibly compounded by the fact that I really haven't done anything other than lay in bed, lay in the garden, read a book, have a BBQ and eat marshmallows!

I'm sure it's done my body good to rest even if it hasn't burned off the calories from my meal out last night!

Tomorrow I'm aiming to do W1R3 in the evening and have already booked step aerobics for next week. Hoping that I will be able to go swimming next Friday, work permitting, as I enjoyed it but was disappointed with my time! Ten years ago I could swim a mile in around 40mins, this time it was over 50mins, which is still good and I was pleased I did the whole mile but I'd like to get quicker.

Mmmmm, Marshmallows! It's definitely important to rest your body.

Laziness is something that always defeats me, try not to allow more than 2 days rest unless you really need it. Because it's really hard to get motivated to go out after more than that. I'll be doing week 2 run 3 tomorrow and I cant believe I've nearly completed two weeks already doesn't seem like much but it's really flown in! Good luck don't give up it will be worth it in the end :)
