Week 8 run 2 complete

First run in ages that has happened on schedule without a week or more break since the last. Slower pace than WK8R1, but this time I ran for 29.5 minutes and covered 2.7 miles. I also picked up speed for the last 2 minutes and got my pace under 10 mins/mile so I am pretty chuffed.

Yesterday was the first day in ages that I did no exercise (too busy to go for swim) and I felt wrong. Any how going for a short bike ride later and have a nice 6 mile kayak planned for tomorrow - I feel like I have joined a cult, as I'm thinking about what to wear when it gets freezing!

When does the saucer arrive?
