Newbie on this site but have made it to Week 7 after one restart due to injury back in July.
'Almost' completed Wk 6 R3 yesterday. Was running in full sun (I usually run before the sun is up) and boy is it hard to run with the sun beating down on you - stopped at 23 minute mark.
I have decided to "count" this run and move to Week 7. I am a bit nervous, but if I can get out early then I think I should be able to complete it alright (need to get husband to get up with our early-rising toddler)...
