Round about June I got up to W7, had a couple of goes at it but never managed three 25-minute runs in a week (And just the thought scared me half to death.) And with one thing and another didn't get back into it till a couple of weeks ago. So I'm on W2 again now, still quite a lot fitter than I was before I started way back in December, thank goodness. This time round I won't be trying quite so hard to stay on flat ground all the time!

It did wonders for my asthma but that's still something I have to watch out for. Hoping to bounce back!

  • Sounds just like me the intervals but my calves hate the long runs ... just done w1r2. Good luck to us both ...I wonder if w5r3 will have the same buzz.
