Round about June I got up to W7, had a couple of goes at it but never managed three 25-minute runs in a week (And just the thought scared me half to death.) And with one thing and another didn't get back into it till a couple of weeks ago. So I'm on W2 again now, still quite a lot fitter than I was before I started way back in December, thank goodness. This time round I won't be trying quite so hard to stay on flat ground all the time!
It did wonders for my asthma but that's still something I have to watch out for. Hoping to bounce back!
