I'd been dreading moving to week 5, especially after struggling with the last run of week 4. I set off on my warm up walk and all was well until Laura started speaking really fast and the music speeded up! Spent ages trying to figure out how to change the podcast to normal speed, then it kept jumping to week 6, back to week 1 then wouldn't play at all. By this time I was past the point where I normally start running. I was very tempted to just turn around and go home. But, I put my headphones in my pocket and just started again using my watch. Feel good having done it - but still dreading the rest of week 5!

I agree, week 5 sounds worse then it is and as long as you complete each run, the 20 minutes will be no problem for you. Physically, your body will be ready...your mind just needs to realize it! Looking forward to a posting to see how the week went!
I'm starting Week 5 tomorrow and am dreading it. Although I've finally bought some proper running shoes today so I may fly along Good luck xx
