W7R2 Good run, good start to the week

The first run of week 7 I ran on Saturday at 5pm, came home very hot/sticky and red in the face. Run 2 this morning at 6.20am. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! so much better on a cool, slightly damp morning. One of my best runs so far. Although my thighs feel like lead on the 5 min warm down walk.

My chosen route takes out of the village along the main road until the footpath runs out the I turn around and run back, this route is slightly up hill, when I cycle it I do need to change down to quite a low gear. The turning point is about 15mins into my run, so the last 10mins are run slightly down hill and at a slightly faster pace.
