W4R2 - am i technically half way there??!

found w4r1 surprisingly better than i thought it was going to be, made sure i had my days rest but found the second run a bit of a struggle, mind you i don't think the roast dinner helped! Still loving it and can feel the fitness improving - had a bad bout of pneumonia earlier in the year and have struggled since but this seems to be working.
