I'm on week 5 and I've lost some weight even though I've not been dieting. I just don't think I can do diets any more they make me feel ill and I always put it all back on anyhow. BUT I think I've worked out the 'magic' effect. Hubby and I went out for a pint on thursday and had a meal at our local pub. I had a steak and ale pie and chips with veg. BUT I didn't have a pudding, then coffee or a 'snack' of toast and jam before I went to bed. I just had my dinner and a glass of lemonade when I got home. Because I was running the next day, I didn't want to feel bloated on the way round. It just makes you think twice.
