due to a sickness bug I could not complete w1 run 3 until 3 days after I should have. I have now done that run but do I need to repeat the week (with that run being my first) or will I be ok to move to week2 tomorrow. (I have managed each run ok)

I think you should move on. You managed the W1 runs, you could always do an extra W2 run if you feel it's necessary. Good luck!
I would say carry on to week 2. If you feel that week 2 is too much when you try to do it then you can do another week 1 run.

well I did w2r1 and struggled though did make it to the end....just! I was about to give up when the podcast announced that this was the last run so I carried on to the end!
Well done! I've found this whole programme's a bit like that - you manage more all the time but it's usually quite hard. I'm W7R2 next run and I think I've only had 2 runs where I thought, well, that was quite easy today. All the rest have been tough but possible. Onwards and upwards - you can do it!
