I'll be graduating Couchto5K in about a week, and I'm already looking at something new to work towards. When I read other blogs or look on itunes, I've noticed that there's loads of Bridge to 10K programmes! Any advice on which is the best one to do?

I can't offer any suggestions, I'm afraid, but I'd also be interested in doing this. I'm planning on doing a bit of hill work and longer runs at the moment (I graduated last weekend) and am looking more towards running further rather than faster, as I think I need to shift more weight before running much faster than I do now. I want to keep my running low impact.
If you find andystev in the directory and have a look through his blogs he posted a link to a b210k programme. I think it is the one that CaroleC did.
Hope that helps!
I found Andystev's post:
"CaroleC has kindly let me share her B210K podcasts on dropbox, in an effort to save he posing them out. Feel free...

I've downloaded the podcast, but does anyone know if there a text document telling us in the each podcast. I'd like to schedule these runs around other runs with specific focus - eg the NHS speed or stamina.
