Aim glad you are all running reading your blogs are cheering me up but it's been a week and half and still in pain and can not run but I can now put weight on my foot dreaming of the days when I can get out there to run problely when winter comes keep going all of you

I sympathise - I've had to take a week off (so far) due to pain in my knee and hip. I've found it's the actual impact that hurts and I can use a cross-trainer without pain - would that work for you ?
Hope you heal quickly - it's very frustrating when you're Out of Order !
