Well that says it all really, its been great, its been awful, i have loved it and hated it...but i have done it!
Sheer bloody mindedness has got me through some of those runs, especially the longer ones, but i knew that it would feel great when i finished, and the sense of achievement is well worth the sweat and the tears....fortunately there was no blood, but it is early days!
Good luck to all those that are on their own journeys, it is well worth the effort!
And dont forget....its all an adventure!

Fabulous, well done! I think most of us have had to dig out some sheer bloody mindedness at some point through this, I know I did, thanks for the reminder
Your name says it all really about how I feel about this running. Many congratualtions on graduating. I think there must be loads of us on here who are pretty bloody minded too but do you know something I'm not going back to the couch for many, many years yet if ever, how about you guys!?! I hope you enjoy your running as much as I do, good luck.
Congratulations. As other have said it is stubbornness - and a 'can-do' attitude - that has kept many of us running until Laura says we can stop, despite feeling on the brink of collapse!
Congratulations, you must be so proud. It's an amazing journey, and you're right, sheer bloody mindlessness and determination is definitely a help. Now you can enjoy the reward of knowing you did it! Well done.
