Cannot believe that I am finishing c25k tomorrow. It's crazy to think that 9 weeks ago I couldn't even run 90 seconds at all! So please and finding that I can run even longer than 30 minutes. So please and would definitely promote this. I really enjoy my runs now and actually look forward to running which is really wierd. Going to do c25k+ afterwards to get my speed and stamina up.
