I've just come back from my graduation run. I covered 5k, but this includes the warm up and cool down walks so I've something to work on. I'm going to try the stepping stones podcasts and I've found the bridge to 10k but I think I'll work on covering 5k in 30 minutes first. But I'm patting myself on the back for now. Off to the shower and then out for a celebratory drink. Yay!!!
