week 6 run 2 i did it :D

i was able to leave 2 rest days between run 1 and run 2 due to work commitments and i think that worked for me...run 1 left me exhausted and sore legs but i think i went a bit too fast , changed my route slightly for run 2 less hilly and i managed it fine ..bring on the unbroken runs ,,,Tee hee i could barely manage 60 seconds a few weeks ago .......hope for us all i guess ...whoo hoo
