I am so annoyed. Got up for my run only to see that it is literally p***ing down out there. Not like good old UK rain, you know the soft and cooling down drizzly variety, but it is all hell let loose out there. Damn it, I don't have a treadmill (yet?). Storms forecast all week. Guess I'll just have to wait for a ray of sunshine hopefully later on today. Grrrr. On the good side - 5 kilos have just dropped off with absolutely no effort in the last 6 weeks or so
