Ran far too fast, I know these days just happen from time to time, but I ran through the pain of an abdominal ache and recovered, only for it to develop into a fully blown stitch on the final run. Carried on nonetheless.
I think I've got my route sorted, i'm going to opt for a there-and-back approach, rather than a circuit. It means I'll be able to see my progress clearly at the half-way mark.
I'm playing with Runkeeper (free) on my android phone and i might use it for speed tracking later on.
