Today I completed the first 30 minute run of my life! And I am so proud. Ran 4.2k in 30 minutes which was a lot slower than my last run of 4.2k in 28 minutes but I don't even care because I managed it and even had enough energy left to really speed up dowagers the end when Laura announced five minutes was left. Thought I would post just to show those just starting that this really does work - I have had my doubts along the way but here I am! We should all be really proud of ourselves whatever stage we are at and just look forward to being a c25k graduate

Well done, Meggyann, nearly there! You're absolutely right about being proud of ourselves whether we're on week 1 or week 9, each step of the way brings such a sense of achievement. Good luck for runs 2 and 3.
