am feeling very pleased.....week 4 done! Can't believe it!!! Remembering lugging myself around on those week 1 runs I just am so pleased to have got this far!! Bring on week 5! Can't believe I'm saying this as it looks pretty scary, but then each week has looked scary so it's nothing new!
